fd leak in ctdb 1.0.109

Hi Ronnie,

I've found a fd leak which hits after 20 mins on an idle cluster.

setup for child logging pipe
2009/12/16 14:22:21.484662 [10123]: Node became UNHEALTHY. Ask recovery
master 1 to perform ip reallocation
2009/12/16 14:22:26.487684 [10123]: server/ctdb_logging.c:444 Failed to
setup for child logging pipe
2009/12/16 14:22:26.487737 [10123]: Unable to launch monitor event script
