scannedonly vfs code good for 3.5 ?

Hi all,

Please have a look at the latest work on the scannedonly VFS module. I
think it is in good shape now for samba 3.5:

If there are no concerns about the code I'll do some thorough tests
before it goes into git. Please let me know what you think of the code
as it is right now.
