getifaddrs() issues on AIX

I just wanted to note, that I am using this in AIX 5.3 with severel 
Samba 3.0.x version without problems. I always have something like

interfaces = 1xx.1xx.1.17/24
bind interfaces only = yes

to have different smbd instances listen on various IP-Aliases or 
interfaces.
