Is this the correct forum for difficulties in getting Samba4 DRS to work?

Yes.  Currently DRS replication from Samba4 to Windows works only for a
domain originally vampired from a functional level 2000 AD domain.  (In
the current GIT tree).

We hope to sort out the 2003 and 2008 levels shortly.
