[PATCH] Merged provision and provision-backend

Just download it and test it on a new fresh Debian Linux server - It seems
to work fine!

Do u have any plan for the Alpha 9 Date?

I want to build a deb file with Samba4
The current DEB file in the Debian repository is not working!
