ntlm_auth question

Hi there,

 

I am new to this list and I am reposting my question in list
"samba-technical".

 

I am trying to use ntml_auth's ( samba 3.4) gss-spnego helper protocol
for cifs proxy authentication. I checked the man page and it says it is
similar to squid ntlmssp but undocumented outside the source.

 

Is this still undocumented ? Are there better documentations for this
gss-spnego helper protocol ? 

Is the usage of ntlm_auth restricted in some way  for other external
applications ? 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
