Some help needed with net i18n

Hi Bo,

given that you were the person recently working on this i18n stuff, could you 
help me getting this to work for net?

I've finished adding all the  _() calls to the source and added a preliminary 
German translation .po file. However, when installing and calling net with
"LANG=de_DE net foobar", I still get "Invalid command: net foobar" instead of 
the corresponding translation. Any idea what might be wrong there?
