Security Descriptor inheritance - public repo

Hi nadya,

I'll try to test it in tests soon (I hope this week).

As far as I remember you also spoke about  changing the current security 
descriptors (I guess in new provision).

Do you see an easy path for upgrading an already running ? have you any 
idea of algorithm in mind ?
