Samba 4.0.0alpha9-GIT-3854b5e

I checked out latest, via git, to confirm missing POSIX attributes when using OpenLDAP.  The provision scripts, etc. all
ran fine.  I then tried to connect to the backend with an external LDAP client (which I have always been able to do),
and after connecting to the backend, the LDAP client crashes with the following on the server side::
