Location of i18n files

Hi folks,

I just stumbled over the fact that we seem to have two places where we 
collect .po files for i18n support. source3/po seems to contain (mostly) swat 
i18n, source3/locale contains the pam_winbind stuff. As I'm just adding 
gettext support to "net", I'm wondering where that should go. I'm happy to do 
the merging of the two dirs, I just wonder which of those to keep.
