So it appears that the 'idmap backend' parameter doesn't
actually set a default backend for trusted domain. only
your own. And it seems that I have to list all trusted
domains using the 'idmap config' option. Is this true?
Can you give me a basic example of a config that says:
Use idmap backend "foo" for all domains except BUILTIN
and MACHINE.
