[Release Planning 3.2] Samba 3.2.4 on Friday, September 12 (?)

Hey folks,

given that there are some major bug fixes in v3-2-stable, I propose to
release Samba 3.2.4 on Friday, September 19 if there are no caveats.

Please inform me if there are any major issues on your lists.
