[PATCH] Fix 127.x.x.x is register with dns server in net ads dns register

Hi, everybody:
     when net ads dns register is invoked, 127.x.x.x except 127.0.0.1 is
registered with dns server, which is not correct. But simply block out
all 127.x.x.x address will break 'make test', which uses loopback
addresses.
     I add a function in_loopback_network() to be used by
get_my_ip_address(). It filter out all loopback addresses before dns
registration.
     patches for v3-[023]-test and v3-devel arrive in the attachment,
please review them
