Is it possible to switch-off the preservation of the file timestamps (access and modification times) on file copy?

The other problem with this option is it will break MS-Office
timestamp reporting if you turn it on. So it's not
a very useful option to add (ie. you only need it for
your specific case).

3.2.x fixes this correctly for both MS-Office and
your specific case.
