[RFC] Pidl-generated C files - out of version control?

Since pidl is now included in the master branch, it should be possible
for Samba 3 to always generate the C and header files during the build
process. This means the generated files would no longer need to be
included in git. 

Are there any compelling reasons I'm missing for keeping the files in
version control?
