[SAMBA4] Moving ldaps tests to slow tests?

For quite some time I have had to comment out or disable TLS in order to
be able to run the Samba 4 testsuite - without it the tests hang on the
ldaps tests. Apparently generating the certificates is very slow (it
sometimes only aborts after about an hour). 

Would anybody object if I moved the TLS tests to the list of slow tests,
at least for the time being?
