[CTDB] (very) small patch to increase reporting on debian-based systems

Hi,

The attached patch allows for users of debian-based systems to show
ctdb and samba versions when using ctdb_diagnostics.

This is part of the process to minimize diff between distributions.
Can it be included ?

PS: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5763 seems to be fixed,
can somebody closes it? (rsync path needs to be updated on ctdb
download page)
