[Release Planning 3.3] Samba 3.3.0rc1 on 19 November

Hey folks!

As Samba 3.3.0pre2 is out now, we have to talk about the next release of the 3.3
series. There was no feedback about 3.3.0pre1, that's why I suppose it was not
too bad and we can ship rc1 soon. What about the November, 19? It's a bit later
than expected, but there is no chance to get it out before that date due to
other schedules.

Please have in mind that the planned release date for 3.3.0 is December, 15!
If there will be only one rc everything is fine. If we need more rcs, we would
have to delay the final release.

Please help us testing and sticking to the planned release date!
