Raising libwbclient version to 1.0?

I'd like to add some more features to libwbclient but got distracted. 
Personally I'd like to see libwbclient 1.0 support all the calls that winbind 
currently supports, so there's no reason to link to winbind code instead of 
libwbclient code. That's not the case so far.
