[SAMBA 4] Small mistake in howto.txt

Please find attached a patch that fixes this issue.  I have also pushed
it to git://git.id10ts.net/samba.git, in the v4-0-local branch.

I used the same git clone command that's in the Wiki HOWTO, so things
remain consistent between the two.
