I was just volunteering to do QA on winbind.    That wasn't
any statement about locking down code.

Speaking of which, pam_winbind won't authenticate users in
a trusted  domain because find_auth_domain() selectes the
trusted domain to send the samlogon request to.  wbinfo -a
doesn't set the WBFLAG_PAM_CONTACT_TRUSTDOM calling flag and
therefore works fine.

Single AD forest.  Joined to child domain and auth as user
in parent domain.  I keep getting NT_STATUS_WRONG_PASSWORD.
Have you seen this?
