It is needed to make a DC have winbindd working at all on a DC.
We found that when you have trust relationships the previous code didn't
work at all (if you have a cache from previous experiments it may seem
to work).
It will just sit there in a loop smbd->winbindd->smbd and will
eventually timeout.

We tested this before the 3.0.28a release and with this patch it works.
