Unable to change user password when "ldap passwd sync" is set to "only"

Hi everybody,

I've been running a Samba 3.0.26a PDC patched with the fixed proposed in 
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4901 for more than two months now. 
Could anyone have a look at the bug and commit (or reject) the patch ?
