[SAMBA4][PATCH] Fix blackbox.kinit test failures

All:

Please find attached a patch to correct the blackbox.kinit test
failures.  The issue was that the certificates had expired.  Re-issued
the certificates with 25 year lifetimes, and the test now passes.  Also
updated the example hxtool commands to reflect issues I had with the
hxtool from heimdal SVN.

The patch is also available in the v4-0-local branch at
git://git.id10ts.net/samba.git.
