Kerberos 5 and NTLMv2 without SPNEGO?

Dear Cousin,

Does anyone know if it's ok to do Kerberos 5 and / or NTLMSSP without
SPNEGO for SMB_COM_SESSION_SETUP_ANDX?

I'm 95% sure the answer is "yes" but it would be nice if someone gave
me assuring pat on the head.

I finally have someone interested in sponsoring Krb5 and NTLMv2 in
JCIFS and I'm trying to minimize the estimate by side-stepping SPNEGO.
