[ctdb] fix samba3 build with clustering support

Hi Tridge and Ronnie,

I had problems building samba with clustering enabled
due to the presence of the c++ reserved word "private"
occuring in the ctdb_client_call_state struct.

Attached find a patch that renames the "private" member
to "private_data". 

I guess that you must have another means of getting it
to build, but at least for me the vanilla ctdb checkout
did not do.
