"Using Samba" no longer in 3.0.30

In Debian bug #486695, one of our users reported that 3.0.30 no longer
has the "Using Samba" HTML documents.

As 3.2.0-pre2 has them, I think this is probably an accident more than
something planned.

Could this be re-added for 3.0.31 ?

(I'm not in position to report this to Bugzilla and I fear forgetting,
hence this simple mail to mention the problem.... I will probably open
a BR in bugzilla for this)
