[Release Planning 3.3] 3.3.0rc1 on August 19?

Hey folks,

As the planned release date for 3.3.0 is December 15, we should talk
about starting the 3.3 release process. I would like to release 3.3.0pre1
on Tuesday, August 19. Are there objections?

That would be a good point in time to introduce v3-devel (formerly
known as "trunk") as an everlasting development branch. New release
branches will be branched from v3-devel (this topic was already discussed
on samba-technical).

I am going to write a more detailed e-mail on this one before August 19.
