Build Fixes for OneFS [0/5]

Alright, let's try again, splitting them up this time. I have several
fixes for OneFS, our FreeBSD based platform. The highest priority of
these are 0003 (which is a huge annoyance while compiling) and 0005
(which is just broken for us).

0001-Check-for-f_frsize-when-using-statvfs.patch: Could be handled
upstream, but it's annoying. 

0002-Add-enable-picky-developer.patch: I could handle it internally, but
-Werror is nice.

0003-Fix-various-build-warnings.patch: This is basically a mustfix for
FreeBSD.

0004-Fix-warnings-on-FreeBSD-based-platforms.patch: Minor annoyances.

0005-Make-DSO_EXPORTS_CMD-regexp-more-POSIX-compliant.patch: This is a
mustfix across multiple platforms.
