[PATCH 1/3] cifs.upcall: rename cifs.spnego binary to cifs.upcall

cifs.spnego isn't a very descriptive name for this program since it
also handles DFS upcalls. We may also use it for other types of upcalls
in the future. Give it the more generic name "cifs.upcall".
This patch should apply cleanly to the v3-3-test branch.
