wbcRequestResponse() usage bugs

Hi Jerry,

wbcRequestResponse() bails out when called with NULL arguments,
but some callers pass NULL and
git grep -A1 wbcRequestResponse nsswitch/libwbclient/
shows them.

So WINBINDD_[SET|END][PW|GR]ENT never reach winbindd.
