Reworking python provision

Jelmer,

If you are able to restore the global subs dictionary to the python
provision script, I should be able to fix up the LDAP backend for you. 

Sadly I just can't see how to pass down the right values at the moment,
but it should be pretty easy if that is fixed. 

Once I get the ejs NET-API-BECOME-DC test going, I intend to look at the
python version.
