PATCH samba cache and read-ahead

Just a config file entry missing:
dcerpc endpoint servers = epmapper srvsvc wkssvc rpcecho samr netlogon
lsarpc spoolss drsuapi winreg dssetup unixinfo rpcproxy

Thanks very much Jelmer and Volker for helping me get the rpc stuff working.
