Samba 4 buildsystem; patch in progress

I did some more research. The hosts that are not dead and don't have GNU
make are xen2-netbsd-samba, SerNet-irix, SerNet-aix, stevehome and
aix53bf. 

The last two I need to contact about installing python-dev anyway, so
I'll also ask if they can install gmake, just in case.
