No.  But I'll give you access to the account I use to cut
releases here.

Of course :-)

The main thing right now is to start figuring how we want to
stabilize the v3-2-stable tree.  We need a merge from v3-2-test
and then start a plan to ensure that that only necessary changes
are merged to v3-2-stable from that point on.  Really we should
be in a QA mode for v3-2.
