3.0.28 winbindd and NetBIOS

I just tried to use winbindd with a DC that has disabled
NetBIOS over TCP and I get the following error.

# wbinfo -t
checking the trust secret via RPC calls failed
error code was NT_STATUS_DOMAIN_CONTROLLER_NOT_FOUND (0xc0000233)
Could not check secret

If I turn on NetBIOS support on the DC again (and restart
winbindd) then  wbinfo -t works.

I'll look closer on Tuesday (out of town this weekend and Monday)
but in case someone has any ideas I thought I'd post this. Is it
just some configuration problem on my part or a problem with
winbindd? Has anyone else tried this?
