[PATCH 1/1] Add talloc_get_type_abort as a macro

That previous patch was bogus; twice now I've had to learn not to use ||
on pointers. (Once should be enough).

It is a fall back to ZX81 BASIC programming, where the OR operation
preserves the previous non-false value.

Although this patch fails on other criteria, I post it for correctness.
