[2.6 patch] remove smbfs

OK.  smbfs is not exactly hurting us being there so I made it "will be
removed from the 2.6.27 kernel".  That gives the public the full
2.6.25->2.6.26 time period in which to discover what we're proposing and to
make any objections.
