smbpasswd for samba4

hi,

like requested by volker i think i can handle to write the new smbpasswd
for samba4 (with python).

i hope the python module for samba is supporting all the needed functions.

anyway, because i just started to understand how the samba code works i'll
need some time for the implementation.

but i think i'll find some time for this during the christmas holidays.
