I plan to work on the provision script only later this week, so that
might take some time.

I assume you're talking about the schema.ldif in the tree. Right now,
the minschema_wspp tool will not generate that stub entry without
--dump-subschema. It will generate the full entry with
--dump-subschema-auto (similar to the schema.ldif in alpha 5).
