Fixing minschema

Jelmer,

Can you see about fixing up the minschema code to work again?  While we
now have the full schema from Microsoft, Sreepathi has found that this
has a number of flaws, so we can't trust it directly.  If we could get
minschema.py going again, and run it in an 'all classes' mode, then we
might be able to prove it's (in)correctness.

Also, we need to fix up the copyright on that.  Who actually wrote it in
the first place?
