[Samba 4] Access to GPO failed

Can you access //dc.domain/sysvol/Policies ?  Can you create directories
in there?

When you create a GPO, the GPT (Group Policy Template) is created
in //dc.domain/sysvol/Policies/{GUID-OF-GPO}/
