GSOC & Compression stuff

Hi all,

Actually xpress is correctly tested & implemented into ndr layer,
except I'm waiting for an answer from Microsoft to get additionnal
information to be able to reproduce the exact behavior as their
compression do. It looks they doesn't match with the longest string in
their algorithm.

Regarding the MSZIP, I'm waiting for additionnal information from
Microsoft to have a successful implementation.
