Actually, in the simplified patch I don't need it
(as we're no longer calling netsamlogon_clear_cached_user()
at all - I ifdef'ed it out) - but at your suggestion I
added both the call to netsamlogon_clear_cached_user
and the change to winbindd_pam.c back just to make
things clear in the patch I applied.
