New git branches

Hey folks,

this is a heads up about he current git branches.

The following branches have been added a few minutes ago:

o v3-3-stable (based on v3-3-test)
o v3-devel (based on v3-3-test)

v3-devel is the new development branch for Samba 3.
New branches (e.g. v3-4-test) will be branched off v3-devel.
The advantage is that HEAD will point to v3-devel and does not change
at each release.

To clarify:

v3-devel:	New development branch. Push you new stuff here.
v3-3-test:	Things that should be included in Samba 3.3.0.
		Please cherry-pick your patches into this branch.
v3-3-stable:	Current release branch.
		I will pick the patches from v3-3-test automatically
		(after reinsuring).

I am going to hold on the "test" and "stable" branches for each release
for a while as I am feeling a little bit more comfortable with these
double checks ;-). Maybe that will change someday...
