[PATCH] From Debian patches: allow building on some "exotic" non
Linux ports

The attach patch allows Samba to be built on the Hurd and kFreeBSD
ports of Debian (which are not official ports but actually very well
maintained ports of Debian).
As the comment in the patch says, it often has to be adapted for new
releases, so having it upstream would be a benefit for everybody.
(the patch applies cleanly, with a few offsets, on a fresh 3.2.0-pre2)
