Bug? in v3-0-test, printing/printing.c:print_job_start(), line
2399 ~ 2403, job's user name will be in lowercase.

Come on. Does anyone seriously use nixed cased
usernames in /etc/passwd? Aren't we just trying to fix
a corner case here?
