Windows 2008 join patches failing in 3.2.0

Todd,

The Longhorn join patch doesn't work in 3.2.0.  The problem
is that translate_name() requires Winbindd to be running
byut cli_session_setup_spnego() is needed by the join process
itself.  We rewrote the join code in 3.0.23 which is probably
why it works for you against older code bases.
