Re-Raising the mDNS patch after CIFS workshop discussion

For all people interested in Bonjour/mDNS:

After today's Bonjour/mDNS BoF, I promised to dig up the
existing patch in Bugzilla.  The bug number is 4510
(https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4510)

The main thing right now it needs is review (based on
other existing mDNS behavior such as what is in OS X).
