Creating branch SAMBA_3_0_MAINTENANCE

Folks,

Rather than have to create more SAMBA_3_0_XX branches,
I'd like to just svn copy SAMBA_3_0_25 to SAMBA_3_0_MAINTENACE
and use that for all further 3.0.x releases until the series
is EOL.

Any objections?  Or suggestions?
